VE-VA prioritizes customer assistance with a flexible cancellation policy. Immediate cancellation of requests is honoured unless orders are already in transit. Approved refunds take 3-5 days for processing.

We ship within 7-10 business days or as agreed upon during order confirmation. Delays by courier/postal services aren't our responsibility, but we ensure to send over the shipments via registered couriers. Tracking details will be sent via email once the package is shipped.

Our collection ‘The Originals-I’ is crafted from raw Khadi cotton in its natural color—untouched by chemical processes. It stands as a quiet statement for water conservation, as we skip dyeing, bleaching, and starching. By choosing raw, we save approximately 140 liters of water for every kilogram of fabric used.

Khadi’s texture only gets softer and better with every wash, while lasting longer over time. To keep your garment at its best, we recommend gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle.
