VE-VA prioritizes customer assistance with a flexible cancellation policy. Immediate cancellation of requests is honoured unless orders are already in transit. Approved refunds take 3-5 days for processing.

We ship within 25-28 business days or as agreed upon during order confirmation. Delays by courier/postal services aren't our responsibility, but we ensure to send over the shipments via registered couriers. Tracking details will be sent via email once the package is shipped.

A young man who left his homeland to pursue his master’s degree abroad. Over time, he built a successful life in a foreign country, securing a stable job and settling down. But no matter how far he went, his heart never truly left home.

To keep his connection alive, he found comfort in the familiar. He filled the void with the songs he loved during his teenage years, watched every new movie that came out from his hometown, and celebrated each traditional festival with wholehearted joy, even from afar.

This design is a tribute to his enduring love for his native country and the deep respect he holds for his profession, blending both into something made with heart and meaning.
